This department ensures smooth institutional relationships between the African Union and international institutions. It coordinates the mobilization of extra-budgetary resources and strategic planning within the departments of the African Union Commission. Within this department are: Resource Mobilization; Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation; Policy Analysis and Research as well as Knowledge Management Divisions.
