Administrative Report by the General Secretariat on the Problems Presented by the Restricted Unions and the Plan for an African Postal and Telecommunications Union within the Framework of the O.A.U.

Abstract

The report presented on the ways of coordination and harmonization of the various postal and telecommunication unions and on the different bi-lateral and multi-lateral agreements. It further raised other important matters concerning African cooperation and on how to create harmonization and coordination of the different national and regional systems of land, sea and air transport with a view of achieving African cooperation.
