dc.description.abstract	A report of the Administrative Secretarial-General discussed issues concerning the possibility of building a permanent headquarters for the Organization of African Unity. The Imperial Ethiopian Government made available a suitable land in the heart of Addis Ababa where the headquarters was to be constructed and financial commitment to the project. In addition a preliminary study with detailed information was provided by Ethiopian Association of Engineers and Architects for the project.	en
