Progress Report of the African Union High-Level Implementation Panel for Sudan and South Sudan

Abstract

In this report the Government of Sudan expressed disappointment and also recognized the difficulties South Sudan was facing following the outbreak of the internal conflict in December 2013 , as a genuine obstacle towards the peace implementation process.
