Instead, priority would be given to the ongoing reform process. As a result, it was proposed that the Assembly delegates its authority to the Executive Council to consider the structures of the African Humanitarian Agency (AHA) and African Inclusive Markets Excellence Centre (AIMEC) during its session in mid-2024.en
