dc.description.abstractOn February 29, 2024, a virtual Joint Sitting of the PRC Sub committee on General Supervision and Coordination on Budgetary, Financial, Administrative Matters (GSCBFAM) and Structural Reforms convened, alongside the technical experts from the Committee of Fifteen Ministers of Finance (F-15). This meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Dr. Mohamed Omar Gad, Ambassador of Egypt to Ethiopia and Chairperson of the GSCBFAM, and H.E. Amb. Amma A. Twum-Amoah, Ambassador of Ghana and Chairperson of the Sub-Committee on Structural Reforms, the meeting focused on the reviewing and consideration of the Skills Audit and Competency Assessment (SACA) report.en
