dc.description.abstractThis report provides opening remarks at the 54th Ordinary Session of the OAU Liberation Committee in Arusha. The Chairman, Lt. General Mibenge, extended gratitude to the Tanzanian government and people, particularly Arusha residents, for their warm reception and hospitality. He also thanked the Prime Minister and First Vice-President for their inspiring message. Furthermore, the Chairman commended the Executive Secretary for the excellent preparations for the meeting, noting that the 55th Session, like its predecessors, convened to address ongoing matters for the liberation of Africa.en
