dc.description.abstractThe Eleventh Session of the Conference of African Ministers of Trade was convened in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 18-19 April 1991. The meeting was inaugurated by His Excellency Wallie Chekol, Deputy Prime Minister of Ethiopia, who emphasized the significance of the session in the context of recent regional commitments to trade revitalization, notably the adoption of the "Strategies for Revitalization, Recovery and Growth of Africa's Trade (STRRAGAT)" and the declaration of the 1990s as Africa’s Trade and Development Decade.en
