Abstract

n the framework of the Africa-EU dialogue, the 1Oth Ministerial Meeting of the African and EU Troikas took place in Brussels, Belgium on 16 September 2008. The meeting of Ministers was co-chaired by H.E. Bernard K. Membe, Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania and current chairperson of the African Union (AU) Executive Council, and H.E. Mr. Alain Joyandet, Secretary of State in Charge of Cooperation and Francophone Affairs of France.
