Economic Cooperation is a broader topic which deals with Trade and Development, Regional Cooperation and African Civil Aviation Commission. It is pointed out that international trade is a determining factor for African economic and social development. In order to get positive result in the field of international trade, African representatives should actively participate in the various UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development) bodies and harmonize their point of view in all grounds. The OAU should also emphasize regional cooperation in order to harmonize inter-regional policies which leads to a wider integration. Finally the report stated that the African Air Transport conference was held with the agenda of studying air transport and action required to its development in Africa. Draft African Civil Aviation Commission and Rules of Procedure are also presented.en
