The First All-African Cultural Festival Preliminary Plans

Abstract

This report explained the details of the first All-African cultural festival preliminary plans including the draft handbook on the scope and arrangement for the Cultural Festival. It also recalled that the Organization of African Unity established the Educational and Cultural Commission to deal with the presentation and development of African cultures.
