Report of the Chairperson of the Commission on the Situation in Madagascar

Abstract

The present report takes stock of the implementation of the different components of the Roadmap, particularly as regard the transitional institutions, the electoral framework, the confidence building measures and the national reconciliation efforts, as well as the implementation and support mechanisms of the Agreement.
