dc.description.abstractThis is a report submitted pursuant to communiqué PSC/MIN/COMM/3.(CCCXIX) adopted by Council at its 319th meeting, held on 24 April 2012 in which Council outlined a roadmap and resolution for ending of hostilities between the Republic of Sudan and the Republic of South Sudan. Contained in this report is background on the post‐secession negotiations and it also provides an update on the implementation of the various components of the roadmap as well as observations on the way forward.en
