dc.description.abstract	In this report, the International Contact Group strongly condemns the numerous violations of the International Humanitarian Law that constitute war crimes, such as the attacks on hospitals and vital facilities. The contact group calls on all parties to the conflict to comply with the obligations of International laws and put an end to those acts.	en
