dc.description.abstractThis is a communiqué adopted by the Peace and Security Council (PSC) at its 914th meeting held on 5 March 2020, on the reports by the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) as well as the steps taken to position the APRM as an Early Warning Tool for Conflict Prevention. It commends the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) on reaching a significant milestone of having forty (40) participating Member States as of February 2020, encouraging the APRM to strive to reach universal accession by 2023 as envisaged by the Agenda 2063 Ten Year Implementation Plan.en
