Progress Report of the Commission on the Hissene Habre Case (IN the Implementation of Decision Assembly/AU/DEC.297(XV))

Abstract

The present report has been prepared pursuant to the Assembly Decision Assembly/AU/DEC.297(XV) with a view to gives an update to the Heads of State and Government on the status of the preparation of the Hissene Habre trial and other developments that have occurred since the last reporting period.
