Special Fund for Non-Petroleum Producing African Countries (Item Proposed by Mali)

Abstract

This is a request by Mali to the General Secretariat of the Organization of African Unity to include the item "The Law of Sea and the Special Fund for Non-Oil Producing Countries" in the agenda of the next OAU Council of Ministers and Assembly of Heads of State and Government.
