Abstract

The establishment of the African Anti-Crime Organization item was proposed by the Democratic Republic of the Sudan and requested the OAU General Secretariat to communicate their proposal to all Member States and also to include it in the agenda of Thirty-Third Ordinary Session of the Council of Ministers held in Monrovia, Liberia in July 1979
