Abstract
This is a report of the Secretary-General on the meeting of the OAU Defense Commission which met in its Sixth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa from April 21-25, 1979, where it considered the question of establishing an Inter-African Defence Force and the question of assistance to the Front-line Sates.
