A report of the Secretary General on the Sixth Session of the OAU Ad Hoc Committee on Drought and Other Natural Disasters which was held in Tunis, Tunisia from 21 – 23 May 1979 to review the general situation of drought and other natural disasters in Africa and recommendations to combat natural disasters and its effects in the affected Member States.
