The activity report of the African Union Commission on International Law is part of its mandate under Article 5 and 6 of the AUCIL Statute, The report summarizes law for the domestication of the African Charter of international law and African Union Law. Executive Council Decision EX.CL/Dec. 777(XXIII) of the Plenary reviewed four sections of the Strategic plan namely: the strategic context of the AUCIL; Key elements of the strategic plan (2019 – 2022); Implementation of the Strategic plan 2019 – 2022; and the resource aspect of the Strategic Plan 2019 -2022 for the AUCIL.
