Abstract
This report contains the activities and outputs of the meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee of Heads of States on Western Sahara at the invitation of the former Head of State of Liberia and Chairman of the OAU, the late Dr. William R. Tolbert Jr., in Monrovia, Liberia from 4 to 5 December 1979 to consider the question of Wester Sahara.
