Establishment of an OAU Political Security Council

Abstract

This report is regarding to the proposal made by the Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone calling on the Administrative Secretary-General to include an item entitled ''Creation of a Political and Security Council'' on the agenda of the 35th Ordinary Session of the OAU Council of Ministers held from 18 to 28 June, 1980 in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
