Abstract

This is a report on the proceedings of the Council of Ministers Thirty-Seventh Ordinary Session held in Nairobi, Kenya from 15 - 21 June, 1981to adopt the rapporteur's report on basic instrument of the Organization, adopted by the founding fathers of the organization in May 1963
