Report of the Secretary-General on the Draft African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights

Abstract

This is a progress draft report on African Charter on Human and People's Rights which was requested by the Assembly of Heads of State and Government in accordance to the decision made by the Assembly for the establishment of an organ for the promotion and protection of Human and Peoples' Rights.
