Resumo
This report discusses the outcome of the preliminary survey conducted by the Secretary General in close collaboration with the OAU Commission of Fifteen on Refugees to find out the root causes of refugee problems in Africa with a view to recommending to the Council of Ministers ways and means of dealing effectively with this problem.
