This is a report by the Secretary-General on the proceedings of the Eighth Ordinary Session of the OAU Labour Commission held from 4th to 7th April, 1985, in accordance with Rule 2 of the rules of procedure of the commission to submit the results of its work to the Council of Ministers for discussion, observation and onward transmission to the Assembly of Heads of State and Government.
