Abstract

This is a note verbal from the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to the General Secretariat to request the postponement of the Joint Afro-Arab Ministerial Council to be which was scheduled to be held in Tripoli from 15 - 17 April, 1985 to a later date.
