Substitution of a Member of the OAU Administrative Tribunal

Abstract

This report discusses the replacement of one of the members of the OAU Ad Hoc Administrative Tribunal by balloting, in accordance to Article 1 of document CM/170 Rev.2 which states that "Each year, the Council of Ministers shall nominate three Member States in alphabetical order, one of which to be drawn by ballot,shall be replaced at the end of the year".
