Abstract

This is a report on the proceedings of the Third Ordinary Session of the Conference of Ministers of Information of the OAU which was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 27 - 30 March, 1985, to discuss matters related to the African information and communications, machinery, particularly the Pan-African News Agency.
