Progress Report on the Establishment of the Special Emergency Assistance Fund for Drought and Famine in Africa

Abstract

A progress report on the Special Emergency Assistance Fund for Drought and Famine in Africa which was established as part of the major decisions of the Twentieth Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the OAU held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in November 1984, to provide financial and material assistance to African countries affected by drought and famine.
