Abstract

This report summaries the program activities in the office of Administrative Secretary General for the regional and sub-regional for the financial year 1st June 1984 to 31st May 1985 taking into account the preparation of the programme and budget of the organization. The primary tasks of the Secretary General included executing the obligations of the OAU and directives of its organs.
