Report of the Review Conference on the UN Convention on the Code of Conduct for Liner Conferences

Abstract

This report analyses the UN Conference convention on the code of conduct for the liner conferences with the view of promoting the orderly expansion of world sea-borne trade and stimulating the development of regular and efficient Liner Services. The report also considers the special needs and problems of developing countries with respect to the activities of liner conferences serving.
