This report covers the period leading up to the 35th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union, and providing an overview of the developments and trends in the implementation of the Agreement Establishing the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). It also captures the activities of the AfCFTA Secretariat, and highlights progress made towards the start of commercially meaningful trading under the AfCFTA.
