This meeting considered the Ministerial Declaration and deliberated on the African Union Legacy Project on Diaspora Investment at length. In this meeting some member states indicated that, the investment policy of the African Diaspora Finance Corporation (ADFC) was not clear and thus recommended that a feasibility study should be undertaken before the STC could recommend the ADFC for adoption by the AU Assembly of Heads of State and Government.
