Report of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AFCHPR)

Abstract

This report is submitted in conformity with Article 1 of the Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights on the Establishment of an African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights adopted on 9 June 1998, in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, by the then Organization of African Unity (OAU), now the African Union (AU. The Report describes the activities undertaken by the Court from 1 January to 31 December 2021, in particular on the judicial, administrative and outreach activities.
