Report on election and appointment of two (2) judges of the African court on Human and Peoples’ Rights based on the provisions of the Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights on the establishment of an African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (the Protocol) adopted in 1998 and the Rules of Procedure of the Executive Council.
