Abstract
This is activity report of the African Union Commission on International Law (AUCIL) outlining the activities of the AUCIL within the period from January - December 2021. The report is divided into three (3) Sections. Section one deals with the activities undertaken during the above-mentioned period; Section two contains the challenges faced by the AUCIL while Section three enumerates recommendations.
