The sessions of the PRC Sub-Committee on Audit Matters were held on 28th August 18th September, 11 and 17 October, 3 November, 28 and 29 November 2023 virtually, physically and in hybrid formats, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, under the Chairpersonship of H.E. Amb. Ngandu Ilunga Jean Leon, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the African Union, the Chairperson of the PRC Sub-Committee on Audit Matters.
