Abstract

The Chairperson of the Sub-Committee on Audit Matters convened a meeting in accordance with Rule 94 of the Financial Rules, welcoming the Co-Chair, Members, the Chairperson of the Board of External Auditors (BOEA team, the Deputy Chairperson, representatives of the AUC and other AU Organs. The meeting focused on the review of management letters from the Board of External Auditors for various AU Organs and excluding the Commission.
