Report of the working group on the African Union participation on the G20

Abstract

The African Union Commission's Department for Economic Development, Trade, Tourism, Industry and Minerals (ETTIM) conducted a virtual inaugural meeting for the Permanent Representatives Committee (PRC) Working Group to discuss the African Union's participation in the G20 on January 12, 2024. Topics included modalities for AU involvement in the G20, the PRC Working Group's mandate and terms of reference, and the draft Assembly Decision regarding AU participation in the G20.
