Report of the Fourth Extraordinary session of the STC on Agriculture, Rural Development Water and Environment

Abstract

Amb. Josefa Sacko, the Commissioner for ARBE, extended a warm welcome to all participants at the Ministerial Segment of the 4th Extraordinary STC Session. She expressed gratitude for their attendance and highlighted the session's focus on key updates and guidance on urgent matters, such as the Africa Fertiliser and Soil Health Summit, the proposal for the Common Africa Agro Parks as a flagship program in Agenda 2063's second 10-year Implementation Plan, and support for the African Continental Free Trade Area.
