The Fifth Ordinary Session of the African Union Specialized Technical Committee on Communication and Information Communication Technologies (STC-CICT-5) took place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 20 to 23 November 2023. Preceded by the Experts' Meeting from 20 to 22 November 2023, the session emphasized the significance of digitalization for Africa's socioeconomic advancement and provided an update on the Bureau's achievements.
