Report of the 8th Extraordinary and 9th Ordinary Sessions of the STC on Justice and Legal Affairs

Abstract

The African Union Commission convened the 8th Extraordinary Ministerial Session of the Specialized Technical Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs (STC-JLA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to consider the Draft Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights Relating to the Specific Aspects of the Right to a Nationality and the Eradication of Statelessness in Africa.
