Abstract

Progress report on the African Medicines Agency (AMA) highlighting the substantial ratification and progress achieved in setting up the agency to coordinate the continuous regulatory endeavors and health systems on continent. The primary focus of these initiatives is to address the critical public health risks associated with substandard and counterfeit medicines and ultimately ensuring public health protection and enhancing confidence in healthcare services.
