Report of the Committee of Ten (C-10) Heads of State and Government on the reform of the United Nations Security Council, by H.E. Julius Maada Bio, President of the Republic of Sierra-Leone

Abstract

This report is a response to the African Union Summit Decision Assembly/AU/853 from the 36th Ordinary Session of the AU in 2023. The report focuses on the Committee of Ten (C-10) Heads of State and Government's efforts to reform the United Nations Security Council. The AU Assembly urged the C-10 to continue its high-level engagement and outreach meetings to enhance efforts towards promoting reform in the UN Security Council.
