Abstract
The Sub committee chairperson reflected on the ongoing discussions regarding the structure of the African Humanitarian Agency (AfHA), which commenced before the 43rd Ordinary Session of the Executive Council. However, the deliberations remained inconclusive due to insufficient information from Member States from making well-informed decisions.
