Abstract

This report outlines the implementation of Executive Council Decision EX.CL/DEC.1242 (XLIV) regarding the situation at the Pan-African Parliament, based on a fact-finding report by the Commission. The decision includes specific requests to the Commission, which actively collaborated with the Pan-African Parliament over the past five months for the various activities that have been undertaken to facilitate the effective implementation of the decision.
