Abstract

The Extraordinary African Union 4th Specialized Technical Committee on Youth, Culture and Sport (STC-YCS4) convened in Accra, Ghana, on March 9, 2024, alongside the 13th African Games 2023. In her welcome statement H.E. Amb. Minata Samate Cessouma, Commissioner for Health, Humanitarian Affairs and Social Development welcomed attendees, highlighting the meeting's focus on critical issues relating to sports development and its role in societal growth across Africa.
