Abstract
The Second Extra-Ordinary Session of the African Union Specialized Technical Committee on Communication and Information Communication Technologies convened in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on June 13, 2024, following an Expert Session held on June 11-12, 2024. This gathering aimed to address critical issues pertaining to communication and information technologies across the African continent.
